Welcome to Mineral Owner Mart!

Do you have mineral rights that you would like to sell or lease. Call us today to get started 1-405-701-0605.

Mineral Owner Mart is a free listing service for mineral rights owners interested in leasing or selling their mineral rights or selling oil and gas royalties. We have helped many mineral owners get top dollar by putting their mineral rights in front of our large market of mineral rights buyers and lessees. It is the absolute best place to lease or sell your mineral rights. This service is completely free to the mineral owner. The process is simple: let us know what terms you would like to lease your minerals at or at what price you would like to sell your minerals (either over the phone, by mail, or online). If you submit your information online or by mail, we will call you to discuss the listing before we post it to the website. After discussing the listing with you, we will then list the minerals for 60 days for anyone to see 24/7. If you are not sure what price you would like as a lease bonus or what price you would like for selling your minerals, that is okay. You can allow the lessee or buyer to make an offer and you do not have to accept the offer unless it meets your approval. We are here to help you (the mineral owner), by making the process of leasing and purchasing minerals more transparent. You never have to pay us anything to list, lease, or sell your minerals. The lessee or buyer pays a fee after an agreement is met.

If you have received an offer to lease or purchase your minerals that you are not satisfied with, and you think listing them might help you get a higher price, feel free to call us at 1-405-701-0605. Did you know that you can sell all or part of your minerals even if they are currently under lease? If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us at 1-405-701-0605.

If you are looking to get the best deal on leasing or selling your minerals, then look no further. Mineral Owner Mart is here to help you reach a much larger market of lessees and buyers. The best part is that the mineral owner pays absolutely nothing for this service. To get started, call us at 1-405-701-0605 or click Add Listing above.

About Mineral Owner Mart

Mineral Owner Mart was created to help mineral owners get more exposure when trying to lease or sell their mineral rights. It seems many mineral owners have some of the same questions: What are my mineral rights worth (either to lease or sell) and is the deal I have been offered fair? These are great questions. If a company or individual comes to you with an offer to lease or buy your minerals, it can be very difficult to determine if the deal they are offering you is fair. By listing your minerals with Mineral Owner Mart either for lease or sale, you are allowing them to be viewed by anyone 24/7. This can naturally create a fair market price which could be substantially higher than the price offered to you had they not been listed on our website.

Mineral Owner Mart never charges the mineral owner a fee to list, lease, or sell their minerals through our website. The lessee or buyer pays a fee after an agreement is met.

Learn About Sale of Mineral Rights, How to Find Mineral Rights, and Other Information Such As Oklahoma Oil and Gas Leases and Oil and Gas Leases in Other States

As any mineral owner will tell you, one of the hardest parts of the business is getting exposure to lease or sell his or her mineral rights. Not only is exposure hard, sometimes it can be tough for owners to accurately know what their mineral rights are worth. This can lead to doubt about proposed deals. This website aims to alleviate much of the above. By listing your mineral rights on the website, not only are you gaining exposure for your rights, but you are also helping others determine the market price for theirs.

When signing up to list your mineral rights, you are presented with three options: list your mineral rights for lease, list your mineral rights for sale, and request form by mail. Regardless of which option you choose, you will receive a call from the website to discuss your listing with you before it is posted publicly. The website wants to make sure it has everything correct regarding your listing before others can view it. After completing the call, the website will put your listing up, allowing potential lessees and buyers to look at your mineral rights.

Even if you do not have a listing of your own on the website, you can always browse the current listings. You can browse all of the listings at once, or you can narrow down the search. You can do this by searching the listings for mineral rights only for sale or only for lease. Additionally, you can search the listings by state and county. If you are looking to buy or lease mineral rights in a specific area, this is the quickest way to do so. If you find a listing that interests you, all you need to do is to fill out a contact form to inquire more about the listing or give us a call at 1-405-701-0605.
